Soon smartphones may be the only device that consumers may need to make purchases. With Apple Pay leading the pack, Business Insider suggests that mobile wallets may soon replace credit cards. Apps like Android Pay, Google Pay, Chase Pay and even Walmart Pay also allow customers to make purchaces with their smartphone. Business Insider says that using mobile wallets could help “limit a merchant’s fraud liability,” especially for small businesses.
